Asking For Self, Female, 26 Years old, Islamabad
I am married for 1.5 yrs and have a 8 months baby . I have been feeling chest tightness, mild chest pain on the left side and left arm pain radiating upto the fingers . Heaviness , sometimes nausea and slight tremors in hands and SOB for the past few days . Also i have difficulty sleeping . I wake up multiple times in the night with fear / bad dream . Also I have some problems at my in laws due to which I feel anxious very often . Please help .. i don’t whether i should consult a doctor or not , cuz these symptoms come and disappear in few minutes to hour . I don’t know how my family will react if i ask them to take me to psychiatrist.
