For last few days I have a problem of having severe headache and migraine too. i couldn't sleep properly as well. my diet is good and iam going to office regularly but still iam having issue of OVERTHINKING. Like i always have a fear whenever i got a call on my mobile that their would be any bad news etc. this is one of the example of my bad thinking/ ovethinking. iam not sharing my problems with anyone because i think people will laugh at me. should i consult a psychiatric?
