Talk to Psychiatry on Anxiety Panic

I have been experiencing episodes of panic anxiety episodes head spinning fatigue from past month I have done al my test blood urine stool echo and all are ok except high cholesterol level now a doctor prescribe alp so whenever I have these episodes and I take alp tablet I feel better for a day but then after two these episodes reoccur can someone explain the problem

most probably it's panic disorder and needs proper assessment and treatment. alp has addiction potential and is not suitable for long term. u should take proper treatment for panic attacks which includes both medicine and psychotherapy
