I am depression and anxiety patient from many years. main recently kafi bemar hoa and someone said to me dont worry har bemari ka ilaj hai even cancer ka bhi. it trigerred me. Now from last one month mujhe repeated non stop thoughts aaty k tumhe cancer hojayega... mind ma thought aati k disease meri body k andar spread ho rahi aur is tarha k khoufnak khayal aate ... phir thought aatee k main 5 min bad mar jaounga ... main jo bemari sunta hoon muje dar lagta hai k wo muje hojaye gi... bar bar fear ata k mai marne laga houn ya muje kuch hojayega. phir ye thoughts aatay k ghar main kisi ko bemari na hojaye ya koi mar na jaaye... main thoughts se khud ko distrect krna ki koshish bh krta hon lekin ye phir wapis ajate hen aur body mai pain hone lag jati fear say... rat ko so bhi nahi pata ... sometimes dar lagta k geyser explode na kar jaye ye na hojaye wo na hojaye ... please tell me k are these thoughts just anxiety or ocd?
