Hello my name is Umar and I am having very serious problem. I have brain fog , low mood and energy don't want to talk or play always zone out and feels very stress on everything. I tried to take citalopram but in two days I quit because of its side effects like disturbance, loose stool and I haven't consult doctor about this medicine so I abandon it. Please help me about it
