If your depression is moderate or severe than start medicines. If not then there is no need of medicines, all you need is counselling. Book an appointment for assessment of your depression, with any feasible psychiatrist. Regards.
It is recommended that you should consultant a psychiatrist first. It is NOT advisable to start an antidepressant by yourself.
Sometimes counseling is enough and at others medication is necessary, but medicine can not be started without proper assessment, kindly consult a psychiatrist and proceed according to his advise.
