Salam mujay kuch arsay say(one month) saans lenay main problem ho raha hai. zor lagana parta ya breath shortage feel hota. dr say consult kia to unhon nay bola ye depression ki waja say hai jo breathing exercise say thek ho jaye ga. exercise say kafi behtar ho gya but ab bhe ye kuch din k bad ho jata hai aur kuch hours tak rehta hai. heart beat bhe kabi tez ho jati . is ka pemanent solution kia hai?
