Dear your worry is right but 80-90 % of psychiatric illnesses are non-insane illness like in your other words mental illnesses are not only illnesses of being crazy or are loads of of condition like anxiety,depression, ocd,eating,sleeping and sexual disorder etc etc being treated by psychiatrist.
