Talk to Psychiatry on Looking For Help Recovering From Neuro Fatigue After Burnout

person-avatar

Asking For Self, Male, 18 Years old, karachi

Hi, I’m looking for help with something that’s been affecting my daily functioning. What happened was that i had some anxiety attacks for some days because i took laxatives for constipation which gave me some stomach problems. I’m not depressed — my motivation, emotions, and sense of self are intact. But ever since a period of anxiety and poor sleep, I’ve been stuck with something that feels like neuro fatigue or mental burnout.

My symptoms include: • Neuro fatigue and heaviness in my head • Trouble focusing • Feeling mentally tired or slow despite sleeping • Low energy even when I’m not anxious • Overthinking small health issues • I sometimes feel okay when my routine and sleep are fixed

I know this is related to stress or nervous system exhaustion, not some serious illness. I just want help resetting my brain and nervous system without heavy medications. Ideally through lifestyle, therapy, and supportive guidance.

Any advice or direction would be appreciated. Ps: i
