Assalamoalikum ! In short i was suffered in extreme level negative thoughts, Alhumduliah much improvement has been shown still taking the medicine Depricap 20mg and inderal 10 mg but last few weeks i assessed its not gonna be effective sometimes i go in past which leaves a negative thought or push me in fear like i will not face the past things,kindly recommend me some solution.
