Asking for Sister, Female, 22 years old, Islamabad
My sister has been suffering from severe psychological problems for the past 7 years. At times she appears normal and healthy, but her condition becomes very serious. We have consulted multiple doctors, but medications and therapy have not been effective.Currently, she is unable to perform daily activities and often asks for death. Her condition is also disturbing the entire family, as we cannot sleep due to her screaming episodes. We recently changed her doctor 2 months ago. He diagnosed her with dissociative disorder and prescribed medications along with CBT sessions, but there has been no improvement. We feel helpless and are looking for alternative or advanced treatment options for her condition.

She should continue her medication and with medication she needs psychological sessions and therapies to treat her problems . it may takes time but if she would be consistent and take her sessions she will be fine after some sessions, if feasible book your appointment
