assalamualaikum I need psychiatrist help I m suffering many mentals issues like low self esteem, social anxiety, irritability, mood issues , sleep issues , overthinking, stress , low confidence, poor focus , money management issues , no life goal no value in house and society, addicted to gambling since 3 year lost almost 800k plz any body help me what I should I do now I m need a Dr who listen me carefully and answer my each question plz help
