Assalamualaikum, Mere brain ki capacity buhut km ho gai hai. jab bi tori buhut study karo to demagh mai dard shuro ho jati hai. agar dard ke bawojod bi study karo exam waghaira ke leye to yadasht kam chor jati hai pr yaad cheze bi yaad nahi rehte. Pr khaab karne ke bawojod demaghi takawot dor nahi hoti. study k nahi rah gya ho. logo se alag rahta ho. 8 year ho gai. kafi Elaj bi Kya Neuro aor psychiatrist se. ye sab 1 madrasse mai km khabi aor proper food na melne ke waja se hua hai
