dear concerned, you know better however OCD clients often don't follow the cognitive techniques which are more important in challenging OCD instead of ERP.
ERP and those cognitive restructuring goes hand in hand.

Thank you for asking. OCD is a treatable condition which needs a detail assessment and treatment guidance accordingly. Talk therapy like ERP is useful for OCD but the treatment strategies depend upon severity of symptoms like some cases managed well with ERP whereas others may need a combined treatment including Medication.
I do treat ocd but by the help of medicines ( homeopathic medicines )....what kind of ocd u are facing
