Asking for Self, Female, 28 years old, Karachi

I’m 28 years old, married, and have two children. one is 3 years old and the younger is 1.5 years old. In April, I experienced my first panic attack due to stress. I recovered after about 15 days. In May, I had a second panic attack, which lasted around 10–12 days. Then, on June 22nd, I had a third attack. Before that third episode, I started feeling like everyone including my husband was talking against me or plotting something. This feeling triggered a severe panic attack. I visited a neurologist and all my reports came back clear. He said I’m perfectly fine. Then I went to an endocrinologist all tests were also normal. He told me that stress was the cause. I’ve also consulted a psychologist and she provided individual therapy as well as couple’s therapy. Now, my concern is Why do I feel like everyone is talking or plotting against me? This thought increases my anxiety and stress.I want to get rid of this paranoia. I’ve also lost 4 kg over the past 2 months due to these panic attac

Thank you for sharing yourself . Recurrent panic attacks and the paranoid ideations could be stress induced but may also be early signs ofanxiety related or mood related conditions. You are already on the right path with the therapy. But do also get yourself evaluated by a psychiatrist, sometimes short term medication support is also beneficial

i can see that youre very distressed about your symptoms and i am here to help you undersrand what can be the possible causes. we will have to talk in detail in order to explore this paranoa. i need to assess you for signs and symptoms of depression and also any other extra ordinary experiences to comment on the diagnosis. another factor that we will consider is the use of any prescribed or unprescribed drug intake. once we reach a diagnosis i will better be able to guide you regarding the treatment options available.
