I'm 22 from Swat. It's been since last three months, I'm feeling intense fear, my heart beats irregular and fast. It shakes my whole body while beating. I have twice visited Cardiologists in these two months. They did all the necessary things like ECG, ECHO, and blood tests but every thing is okay. One doctor said, it's due to stress and anxiety and prescribed me the medicine 'Sertraline 50mg'. I'm taking it since last 15 days but no results. Still, I'm in trouble, repeated thoughts of death, heart attack, and other unwanted thoughts. I'm feeling sick the whole day while I know myself that there is nothing wrong with me. But it's beyond my control. I don't know what to do.

Don't worry.Its panic disorder and treatable .We have a lot of options for this and we need to pick which suits u most .Your medicine is fine but if no improvement is uptill now dose needs to be increased to 100mg daily.For the time being u may also need Tab.Rivotril 2mg 1/2 tablet morning and night ....For detailed discussion u can take appointment too...Good Luck
