I have been using Paraxyl cr 12.5 medicine social anxiety and fear for thirteen days as advised by phsycatric it made a lot of difference in the first few days now it has stopped should I add more medicine or increase the dose?

It would be wise to revisit your psychiatrist.initially , they start at low dose to see tolerance and side effects of the prescribed drug and increase dose later according to response. Just be patient and see your psychiatrist. He is treating you on right lines.

as initially low dose is given to see the effects and side effects of medicine and gradually increasing dose
