I am in 3 months postpartum, muje neend ka bht masla tha 2 2 din neend nhi ati thi, muje dr ne mitrazapine 15mg and fluxotine 20mg di hy, r sth mei bromozepam 3mg di hy, meine fluxotine sirf 10 days khai phr chor di, mei sirf mitrazapine le sakti hun, mujh mei koi improvement nhi huwi as such, dawai loon to neend ati hy bs, 3 weeks honey waley hn
Postpartum period mein sleep disturbance aur anxiety depression common ho sakte hain, lekin medicines ko apni marzi se start stop na karein. Fluoxetine ka effect aane mein usually 3 to 6 weeks lagte hain, is liye 10 days mein benefit feel na hona common hai. Kindly apni psychiatrist se follow up karein taake medicines properly adjust ho saken. Agar udaasi, ghabrahat ya negative thoughts zyada hon to immediate consultation karein. Also discuss the use of bromazepam with your doctor. Help mis available. You are never alone.
