My son is 10 years old and has behavior issues,hitting pushing class mates, siblings, negative thoughts, extreme aggressive/stoburn some time, memory retention issues

Children (not babies!) can show behavioural issues due to many reasons including developmental delays , neuro developmental disorders or simply learned behaviour.A full assessment in few sessions to see the child speak to parents and get info from school will help to understand the behaviour and advise can be given. Help will be mainly by behavioural management and sometimes any specific disorder( for example if ADHD is the cause ) then specific treatment.
