Talk to Psychiatry on Seeking Medical Advice On Sister’s Anxiety Treatment

My sister has been suffering from anxiety after a stressful event she encountered in her university 4-5 months ago. Usi doran she suffered from a panic attack and developed physical symptoms that contributed her to developing health anxiety (constantly checking her body for sensations) which makes her anxiety worse. We got her checked from multiple doctors and they diagnosed anxiety and psychiatrist prescribed her citanew 5mg and Alp 0.25mg two times a day. She took these medications for 10 days only and says ke thek nai hoti. The therapist recommended her to stop taking medications and to take help from therapy alone. Tool almost 5-6 sessions till now. I asked my sister if she feels better with therapy alone and her response is usually that she don’t know. She also complained that her therapist don’t listen to her current thoughts and feelings and usually goes asking her questions about her past.
