Hi. I hope you are doing. I have seen the detailed description regarding your symptoms and history. It's seems that you are having a poor impulse control alongwith OCD (with sexual theme). You need to book appointment to discuss all these facets of disease pattern, medications and psychological support.
Yes symptoms can return, especially under stress or without ongoing therapy. This maybe relapse of sexual OCD, not something new. CBT with ERP is crucial long term management. Medication alone are not enough. Consult your psychiatrist for review of medication.

sir thank you for your response. can you see the prescription as well this medicine worked in start but not helping now. should i change the medicine as its not so helpful also due to increased appetite caused by this medicine i am gaining too much weight

Sir this medicine isn't working now. This psychiatrist changed the medicine but they were having severe sode effects in start so i couldn't continue. should i change the psychiatrist
