Talk to Psychiatry on Sleep Issue
Asking for Self, Female, 27 years old, lhr
I am currently taking depricap and olepra for depression and anxiety. I am taking olepra 1/4th of 5mg on alternate days. the problem is that I cant sleep the days I dont take olepra. I try hard to sleep but cant. please any psychiatrist guide me

I think the dose is very low. The best option is to see psychiatrist for medication review and discussion.

Pls work on sleep hygiene and add take 2.5 mg olepra for sleep if it works until sleep cycle is to consult some psychiatrist in your
aoa of all you need proper evaluation of your symptoms and managment plan by a psychiatrist who may review your diagnosis are taking olepra very less than the recommended therapeutic dose to have its effects. so kindly book your appointment with psychiatrist and get rid off your problems by proper diagnosis and management kallah
Would you kindly share your depression symptoms, duration of illness, medicine dose and duration, any good effect of medicine, any difficulty with medicine and current complaints.
Thanks for sharing ur concern. Depression and GAD are certainly very disturbing conditions. You may consult me for it as you need a continued support for a couple of months to overcome your symptoms. It’s hard to benefit from medicine alone, without talk therapy. Hope that helps.
