i had anxiety disorder pills of homeopathic it works very lightly like helps to relief my mind but still it couldn't induce me sto sleep better

insomnia reason any stress anxiety work load ?if not than u can take tab melatonin 5 mg at night for 15 days to regular ur sleep pattern
