I have this problem from my school life UpTo still now .in 2013 I have started some medicine from doctor including propanol and paraxetine then I was feeling a little better then got ademition in gomal university in pharmacy department then I was still suffering fear specially in large gatherings and was unable to do any presentation in my 5 year degree of pharmacy.after completion of my education in 2019 I was rested for ever 2 year in the end of 2021 I started my business by opening my own pharmacy in my village then I was starting again very better bcz I was busy and I was earnings well after two years due to some social factors I was forced to stop my business and moved from rural area to city now and I have again starting feeling even more worest and being using the following medications right now 1 propanol 20 mg bd regularly 2 paraxetine 25 mg regularly but I have still have the following symptoms 1 fear 2 treamer 3 chest tightness 4 sweating 5 loss of interest in every

Hi I dont recommend propranalol as u know it is antihypetyensive n only reduces physical symptoms. Paroxetine is banned in UK for first line treatment. So u need to learn strategies for managing anxious thoughts and life stresses plus if needed to combine it with meds i will recommend another SSRIs. As i m UK based plz arrange online video call / audio and talk in detail about ur problem and treatment plans
