Talk to Psychiatry on SSRI Usage In OCD

I have been diagnosed by psychiatrist as suffering from OCD. At first he gave me combination of Sertraline 100 mg BD Fluvoxamine 100 mg OD Clonazepam 0.5 mg OD Bromazepam 3 mg SOS. Initially I was fine but gradually I started feeling dizziness and somnolence whole day. Then he stopped my Clonazepam and added Fluoxetine 20 mg OD. I feel the dosage is too high for me and I'm worried about tolerance and withdrawal, as I'm also a final year MBBS student. Kindly guide if this combination is effective or not recommended, and whether the dosages are tolerable or too much.

This is inappropriate treatment for OCD.
Single ssri with highest licensed dose should be tried 1st before starting polypharmacy. Review your treatment by a psychiatrist of your choice.
Yes, drugs are fine but dosage is too high, go to any other psychiatrist near you

revise ur medicine with ur psychiatrist or of issue change psychiatrist to adjust dose according to ur condition
If your diagnosis of OCD is correct then the recommended drug should be SSRI bit which SSRI to choose depends on the patient. preferably fluoxetine is recommended to its maximum dose increased gradually.
add on treatment are done but are recommended when monotherapy is not working.

Better get second opinion.Though drugs are multiple but few Psychiatrist in our part of world do prescribe multiple medication. Ideally there should be one to two medicine along with behavioral techniques
