It seems your symptoms suggest mild to moderate depression with hormonal and emotional triggers. Since mood worsens after meals and around periods, both biological and psychological factors may be involved. Please consult a psychiatrist for evaluation , to process unresolved emotions and possible medication. It is treatable . Help is out there . You are never alone .
Thats good you have noticed by your own that your mood follows some particular biological and emotional triggers. Now also start noticing what really helps you when your mood started to get low. Initially, try to distract yourself (taking a short walk, talking to someone). Gradually your mind will learn to respond your triggers in a better way.
