For a proper diagnosis single session won't be sufficient enough, a proper detailed diagnosis need minimum 3-4 sessions

to be very honest lemme just tell you that diagnosis cannot be done in a single session, as in the first session assessment of the child will be done using psychological tools and diagnosis can be made in the second session or so.
