So Now i have decided to choose an experienced Psychologist,,, Anxiety start After a life event and or After Any ancident right ... Assalamualykom. Yes agr ap ko anxiety k symptoms feel ho rhy.. Bc ap ni fear ko mention kiya.. Yuu sb se pyli yi point out kry. Ye fear selected jezu se he ya general fear he.. Dsre bat ye kh hr ek Psychological illness me specially in anxiety and in depression energy negative hojatii he. Bss ose ko diver krna hota he positive energy mi orrr ju routine hoti he. Osee ko change krlo... Esee see fear km hojyiga.. Orr jess chez se fear he.. Exposure strt kruu.. Ose chez ko bar bar dscus krlo.. Or dykna shuru kru. It i removed once.. And you will continues ur that routine.. So it will never cm again Insha'Allah...
