I masturbate All the time when I am alone anywhere everywhere, even if I have sex with my wife i also masturbate after having sex. I always sit in the washroom for hours and continuously watch porn movies and sex videos and continuously smoke. i feel so tired and weak after having time in the washroom. when i have such an act i understand that it is very dangerous for my physical and mental health but i have no control in myself. I went before the doctors they treated me with medicine and exercise, i followed that way but at the time I had medicines i feel good but after leaving tablets i again suffers in such activties. i Kindly recommend me the right way to leave such acts i do, like porn addiction, masturbation and smoking.
