Day 1: Practice deep breathing exercises for 5 minutes in the morning and before bed.

Day 2: Try progressive muscle relaxation for 10 minutes before bed.

Day 3: Practice mindfulness meditation for 5 minutes in the morning and before bed.

Day 4: Talk to someone you trust about what you're going through.
