Asking For Self, Female 22, Karachi
I'm 22 year old female. Since my childhood I like to dress-up and behave like boys. Mujh me larkiyon wali koi adatein aur shok nahi. I'm attracted towards females. My family is forcing me to marry a man, and I don't want to marry. As well I can't share this with my family. I feel so frustrated. I want to change my gender. Mujhe sexual feelings bhi females se ati hain. I can't share this with anyone and obviously no one will understand my situation. Kindly help me in this matter.

soo iam really not sure how this governmental mechanism works but ik few people personally who have undergone gender reassignment surgeries and hormone therapies they are refered as transman and transwoman but on official documentations gender X is denoted there it cannot be breached in any ik its a very argumentative stance from the gov but cant help it my apologies
