AOA, these are symptoms of panic anxiety. 1st of all increase litte bit sleep (especially in night time)
Improve your diet plan (add few nuts in diet)
Take few multivitamins
Increase water in take.
Use food contain liquid (shorba)
When these symptoms come still don't be afraid as these symptoms came prior as well as but nothing bad happened.
