Like i have a hard time focusing on anything. Can't read long paragraph and cant watch long seasons as well. I don't forget onjects but I don't remember vocabulary or information I recieve. I am so bad at maintaining relationships. So poor at communication and don't have any close friends. Not passionate although I try so hard with my timetable, sleeping time and all. That's why I can't work in a professional environment.

ADHD has specific age criteria to daignose and its before 25 yrs of age.
Self diagnosis will make you feel so many symptoms of different disorder. You need professional help for that. All disorders have specific duration criteria of symptoms to daignose. Its not so that you are thinking that you have mental disorder. It needs proper diagnosis on the basis of severity of symptoms and duration and age too. Try to make urself relaxed instead of exaggeration.
