Keep in mind there are s few people who know the treatment of ocd. It is a complicated disease which is not treated by medicines or usual therapies
OCD can only be managed through medicine and psychotherapy (both & together). Keep in mind that OCD is a chronic condition. You should first consult a psychiatrist and then a psychologist. I would prefer an in person consultation in your case instead of online.
