Hello, I need advice about my mental and emotional health. I feel like I’m struggling a lot with my emotions, relationships, and social interactions. Here are my main problems:
1. My mood changes very quickly. I can become angry fast, and it takes me a long time (sometimes days) to calm down.
2. When I joke with friends it feels fine, but if they joke about me, I feel insulted and hurt.
3. I expect friends to contact me first. If they don’t, I feel ignored or less important.
4. When I ask friends for help and they can’t do it, I feel like they don’t respect me or value me.
5. I can’t express my emotions easily, even to my family. I feel embarrassed to say “I love you” or show care.
6. I feel shy and anxious around new people. I don’t know what to say and feel like I bore them.
7. I spend a lot of time on my phone (8–13 hours daily).
8. Sad videos or reunion videos make me emotional. Sometimes I cry and imagine people will regret not valuing me after I’m gone.
