Asking for Father, Male, 60 years old, Kharian
Assalamualaikum. The patient is my father. He has been suffering from mental illness for the past 2 years and was diagnosed with severe depression. After taking medication in 2023, he returned to his normal routine. However, he relapsed after a land dispute. Since then, he has been on medication again. In March, he experienced a financial crisis, and since then, he has not returned to his normal behavior. I have changed his doctor twice, but unfortunately there has been no positive response so far.i am attaching his prescription to look upon.
