Dear, ghusa ane ki internal wja bhi hoskti hai.. Cbc krwayen check kren anger irritability hb kam hone se bhi hota hai.. near to menstruation, mei b aisa phase hota ha jb chircharapan ghusa barh jata hai..
iske elawa b problems hen toh share kro, jis bat pr ghusa ata.. page pr likh kr phaar do..
