its has been over 2 years since i have been mind chattering and cut from people.i am always lost in my mind .it has affected my studies really badly .it' s been a month since i figured out what was actual i studied i did'nt know why i couldn't memorize .now i know during study or whatever i do keep thinking.i try really hard to get rid of it but it creates more thoughts my next exams are just five months away and i literally dont know any thing even though i was a quick learner before.i because of this have ramained and still remain depressed and cry for absolutely senseless reasons .i know if i stop chattering and come out of my mind i can get better but it is not happening even when i am trying and listening to different you please help me with this?

Usually the thoughts belong to what i do like if i am watching football i create a whole scenario i my mind and i think for hours and days about it like i am living in that thought
