I am a student, 20 years old, and I recently completed my FSC. I need honest advice and suggestions.
Background:
During my primary years, I was an extraordinary and talented student. Until 5th grade, I was the topper of my class. During this time, I also memorized three paras of the Holy Quran. I was highly sensitive and found it difficult to take things lightly.
Since childhood, I have also suffered from urinary leakage. I have tried both allopathic and homeopathic treatments, but the issue still persists.
I have always been afraid of change, whether it was adjusting to a new school or a new routine. When I reached 7th grade (around 2018), I entered puberty. At that time, I had no knowledge about puberty-related changes, such as nightfall. Experiencing these changes made me anxious and nervous, as I was already fearful of new things. This led me to overthink excessively.
