it's a serious case. she needs proper attention. check her company.ask your family to make a check and balance on her where she goes and with whom she met on a regular basis . as you know a friend is known by the company he keeps. she is an alcoholic. she must get admitted in a drug Rehabilitation center for 3 months period. extensive care by the family matters a lot.
