I am worried if i have adhd. i was never diagnosed officially in childhood or recently. but i have severe executive dysfunction. i cant start difficult high stake projects. i can't see them through even if i make an excellent plan. I have trouble focusing . my mind jumps from one thought to another, i can't concentrate at things all at which are not gratifying. this mostly effect studying but sometimes also effect my job and other tasks i need to do. i am also recently having trouble finding words to explain my self properly. what can I do?
