I am overwhelmed with concurrent flashbacks of my own life since start of Feb. I am having pain in my right foot's thumb sometimes feel like numb om left side or fully especially when its time to sleep. I do not felt scared but often get irritated with such visions of past (after recent dramatic death of my Tayi Ami). My right hand's, sometime of left, also start pain (numbing). My CBC was clear, I even tested AfP which was normal as my groin was shown swelling on the left side. All I want is some advice to how to overcome such things mentally. I keep myself busy (since 2020) when I first went to depression (chills and numbness slightly high bp) and recovered by 2021 and much improved in 2022. I will be very grateful for your help and support.
