I feel like im going through a cyclic emotional disregulation or mood swings for 6-7 yrs (since 17-18 age) and i am not sure what it is which effected my life completly(socially,personally,acadamically) but i do't talk about it to anyone not even my family abt it as I always perceived lazy, moody or dramatic and when consulted a psychiatrist they said its just anxiety and depression with mood instability without even exploring my symptoms but to me its more than that as I feel some days I'm soo motivated,full of ideas and over productive another days i feel very hopeless guilty and low self esteem that i dont even want to leave my bed it effects my appetite, sleep and even hygiene. This effected my physical health too as i have diagnosed with ibs last year Im looking for someone who have specialty in bipolar spectrum illness like cyclothymia who can evaluate and diagnose me accordingly

it's soo difficult to explain such confusing symptoms to anyone who doesn't acquired of such area
Also I am not trying to self diagnose and don't encourage it its just self awareness that I have which encourages me to seek help from a specialist becoz I think my issue is more than just anxiety and depression
I just wanted to be discipline in my life and want to achieve my goals and ideas and also have control and stability in my life and have productive lifestyle but its impossible having to deal with my emotional, mental and physical issues
