The patient is suffering with tinnitus , few involuntary body jerks like 4 to 5 in a day and is taking medicines like Venaflaxine, Risp, Inderal, Ozip and few more, being in military he is under medical Board which can result in MBO medically boarded out from service, he is anxious about his disposal and healing, he has undergone Electronic convulsive therapy sessions and EMDR, Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing sessions as well, kindly guide so that his anxiety about future, body jerks and side defects of heavy dosage of undergoing medicines can be managed
