I have extreme Ocds regarding purity (according to Islam) I feel that something is impure then I satisfy myself that it's pure according to principles of Islam then I think same about any other thing and I keep thinking about different things My life has become very difficult.Now I have started to cry because of these thoughts. I'm literally very worried.Please help me

Assalam o alaikum. hope you are doing well by the grace of Allah. as you mentioned your symptoms and the effects it's causing let me inform you that teenage is an age of transactions and complications. in this age, we may feel overwhelmed over alot of things which can impair our functioning too. for that you need to grab it first hand by approaching some professional help. you need to take sessions for proper assessment and management of your symptoms. it can be managed so have faith and take online or in person consultations.
100% treatment of ocd is available. But sorry to say a few psychologists know the techniques to treat OCD. You need professional help and you need at 5 to 6 sessions. If you dont treat it, the ocd intensity will increase day by day and it will make your and lives of people around you miserable.
