Hi, I had a urine infection in the past which was treated but after that I have several phycological programs. For example I haven't traveled through bus after that due to fear of urine coming in the bus, While in a class I fear that urine might come, While meeting someone I always thinking about urine might come, it is now getting worse like my mind is constantly thinking about urine. Like this thought is struck with in my mind. And it is not going away. It's been a year now but is not getting better. Plus there is constant tension because of this.
