Asking for Other, Female, 10 years old, North Nazimabad, Karachi.
My 10-year-old daughter has gone through mental trauma due to forced visitations in the past. From her birth, the father never took any responsibility. He has been absent for 5 years and is now demanding overnight stays through court. Whenever we discuss the meeting, she abruptly refuses and gets hyper. We have already moved on with our life, and forcing her into such contact will disturb her emotional and educational wellbeing. I urgently need a session for my daughter to document her current psychological state and obtain a professional report/certificate for the upcoming hearing. Please confirm if you are physically available in Karachi for consultation. Can you help me in this regard?

No doctor or no psychologist will give you any certificate for court. Such certificate can only be obtained from some govt hospital and such certificate will be issued if the medical Board will examine her and decides that she should be given such certificate for court hearing

Further be wise to take any decision. Consult your lawyer. It is for information for the relevant persons who are advising you to book the session that if a psychologist or psychiatrist gives you such certificate he should keep in mind that the other party will also appear in court with his lawyer. They will call the psychologist or psychiatrist in court in person. The psychologist/ psychiatrist will give his statement in court with all evidences. If the other party requests the court to refer the case of your daughter and medical board declares the certificate fake then the psychologist/psychiatrist will suffer badly

this type of document will not help you,what you required is to give application to court and court will order board of psychiatrist. the board will have assess,so there document court will accept.for that purpose you can have stay against decision uptill board assessment.
