Talk to Pulmonologist / Lung on Breathing Issue

I am 25 years old, from past few years i have breathing issue. Sometimes i face extreme cough issues and i have to take inhaler, medicines, nebulize and what not, but this time i don't face any cough issues but i get chocked suddenly. Suddenly i feel difficulty in breathing and feel like choking. This problem happens suddenly and goes away after sometime, situation gets better if i take inhaler. Is this asthma? Or am i having any other issue.
