Asking For Self, Male 47, Lahore
It started with my left foot 10 months ago. It was diagnosed as Plantar fasciitis. I started doing excersises but within few weeks I started having pain in my left wrist and then in right thumb. Then Feet fingers and hand fingers. This pain comes and go. All tests been done but all negative, only b12 and vitamin D was little low. I started taking suppliments but my pain still comes and go. Sometimes its very severe. Last month it started in my hip bones, shoulder, lower back and upper back. All tests are ok. Now I also feel cold spots on my legs and my feet numb some times. There is also strange smell in mouth just like "khamira aata". I recently had all tests again and it's still normal. I am taking vitamin D and B12 suppliments but it doesn't make any differeence. Can some expert help me to identify what these symptoms are telling? Thanks
You should make an appointment to get yourself checked so that different possible causes can be ruled out which included ruling out spondyloarthropathy amongst other causes
Will have to see
These symptoms certainly need further specific blood testing. I would be happy to see you to help further management.
