Talk to Rheumatologist on Fibromyalgia

Pls post it as anonymous Asking for my sister. She is 36 yrs old. She is in severe pains since last three years every single day she is in extreme pain in different parts of her body, specially hands,wirst,knee,she went to different doctors be it Orthopaedic,general physician, Rheumotologist,and neourologist as well. Rheumotologist of south city hospital said that its gave her medicines but it didn't help a bit then she went to neourologist k veins n muscles ka issue ho but the doctor said neuro pains aren't this severe, he also said its fibromaylgia and he gave her Efexor, now it's almost been a month and she is still in severe pains, she wants to ask if fibromyalgia's pains are this much painful that one can't even move on his own and to which doctor should she visit now as she is dying from these pains.
